This is one of many designs that Glaser created for the global technology company SLB’s Excellence in Education (SEED) program, established in 1998 to provide STEM education for young people in underserved communities; it currently operates in 28 countries. The poster features the SEED logo created by Glaser, who also designed screensavers, web pages, publications, and icons for this educational outreach program. The almost childlike illustration of three different trees suggests both the diversity of the program’s intended participants and embodies the proverbial adage “From little seeds grow mighty trees.”
