Glaser remixed his previous designs for a logo to commemorate SVA”s 40th Anniversary to create this poster. The logo was inspired by Frank Stella’s Protractor Series of paintings made between 1967 and 1961 and featuring brightly colored intersecting semi-circles. Here the logos are piled at random, with some seeming to extend off the edge of the page in one of Glaser’s characteristic trompe-l’œil experiments.
