Like the others, this one is based on a clever, comic conceit—Chwast portrays himself silhouetted in half profile in a handled cooking pot referencing the Oklahoma Panhandle (and perhaps implying that he expects to be “cooked” or “roasted” during his presentation to the Graphic Communications Society in Oklahoma City).
