In this third design for a group of posters Glaser created in 2017 as part of the SVA subway series and in rebuttal of the policies of the first Trump presidency, image and text are fully integrated and the word “WE,” set in a white box below it and above the phrase ”Art Makes Us Better” offers a visual challenge to the word “ME.” Even Glaser’s signature in the red box that had become standard in his posters by this stage is closely integrated into the larger design.
